This pain relieving effect is very simply described using the example of someone that stubs their toe, then rubs it to ease the pain. When the toe is stubbed, the pain messages travel in the nerves to the brain - where they are interpreted and tell the person they actually feel the pain. Rubbing this same toe vigorously will also cause new, 'non-painful' messages to travel to the brain, where they compete for attention. The non-painful messages are processed in favour of the pain messages, and we subsequently feel less pain. EziStim®

Bio Electronics warrants to the original purchaser of this EziStim® unit that the product or any part thereof (except the items listed below) is free from defects in material or workmanship under normal installation and use for the first twenty-four months from the date of purchase.

Should the product fail within the warranty period, Bio Electronics will, at its option, either repair, rectify or replace the product without charge for parts or labour directly releated to the defect so that the product will meet the applicable specifications.

Repairs or replacement parts, boards or equipment will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period or for sixty (60) days whichever is longer. All replaced parts, boards or equipment shall become the property of Bio Electronics.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

• Any product that has not been used in accordance with the user instructions supplied by Bio Electronics.
• Any product that is repaired or altered by anyone other than Bio Electronics.
• Any product that fails or is damaged as result of improper storage, operation under abnormal conditions, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, "acts of God" or maladjustment of consumer controls. Short ciruiting a battery will be considered misuse and will cause the product to be exempt from the warranty.
• Accessories and consumable goods Eg. Batteries, leads, electrodes, etc..
• Any defect or damage caused by or resulting from the connection or attachment to the product that has not been approved by the manufacturer for connection or attachment to the product.
• Defects or damage due to spills of food or liquids, excessive temperature or humidity, cold and other environmental conditions.
• Aesthetic or surface damage or scratches to all plastic surfaces and other external parts damaged due to normal customer use.
• Any product or part thereof which has suffered through alteration or defacement of the serial number.

To obtain repairs or replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product should be delivered transportation prepaid to the place of purchase with proof of warranty coverage and a statement of defect(s).
